time taken

The series time taken uses photography to construct an image that has information about a landscape and the act of travelling through that landscape. The images are made on an i phone using the panorama setting which builds up an image by stitching together narrow vertical slicesof imagery. If the image is formed as the camera is moved through space then an image forms that has no perspective and is a record of time taken moving through a landscape. The landscape is no longer a vista but a space to travel through.
